Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Layerform Precision. We stand behind the quality and engineering of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees from the original purchase are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received it and whether the return has been approved or rejected based on its condition. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [5–7] business days.

Exclusions & Damaged Items

Modified, painted, or heavily used items cannot be accepted for return. If you receive an item that was damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@layerformprecision.com with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue swiftly.
