Legal notice

By purchasing, installing, or using any product manufactured or sold by Layerform Precision LLC (hereafter "the Company"), the buyer and user explicitly acknowledge that firearms operation, modification, and use are inherently dangerous activities. The user assumes any and all risks associated with the assembly, installation, use, misuse, or failure of the Company’s products, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, and death.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its members from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the product, your violation of these Terms, or your modification of any product.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company, its owners, members, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, damage to any firearm, civil or criminal legal enforcement actions, statutory fines, loss of use, or legal fees—arising out of or connected with the use, misuse, installation, or failure of the product, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Company's total, aggregate liability for any claim whatsoever shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the specific product causing the alleged damage or injury.

Severability

If any provision of this Limitation of Liability or these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions shall otherwise remain in full force, effect, and enforceability.
