Limited Warranty & Disclaimer of Warranties

1.      Limited Manufacturing Warranty

Layerform Precision LLC (hereafter "the Company") warrants to the original retail purchaser that this product will be free from defects in materials and manufacturing workmanship for a period of 150 days from the date of purchase. "Manufacturing defects" are strictly limited to severe structural print failures, such as catastrophic layer delamination or material voids, that occur during normal, intended use. This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to products purchased directly from the Company or an authorized dealer.

2. Sole and Exclusive Remedy

If a product is proven to have a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, your sole and exclusive remedy, and the Company’s sole liability, shall be, at the Company’s absolute discretion, either:

  • The repair or replacement of the defective product with an identical or functionally equivalent item; or
  • A full refund of the original purchase price paid for the defective product.

3. Warranty Exclusions

This limited warranty is completely void, and the Company assumes no responsibility if the product has been subjected to any of the following:

  • Improper installation, cross-threading, or overtightening.
  • Modification, drilling, sanding, heating, painting, or altering of the 3D-printed structure in any way after shipment.
  • Abuse, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, dropping, or exposure to environmental conditions (such as extreme heat) exceeding the tolerances of the printing material.
  • Use with non-standard, hand-loaded, reloaded, or out-of-specification ammunition.
  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic scratches, scuffs, or minor surface blemishes inherent to the 3D-printing manufacturing process.

4. "As-Is" and "As-Available" Disclaimer

Except for the express limited manufacturing warranty stated in Section 1 above, all products are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company hereby disclaims all other warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. This includes, but is not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, performance, or non-infringement.

The Company makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the compatibility of its products with any specific aftermarket firearm receivers, parts, or configurations, nor does the Company warrant that the product will improve firearm accuracy or performance.
